HOA Management is located in Knoxville Tennessee serving clients since 2002 across the Greater East Tennessee area. HOA Management is a family owned and operated company by Jim and Jill Racek. Jim Racek is a seasoned real estate professional since 1984. Jill Racek has been involved in property management since 1996.
HOA Management team specialize in management of a variety of developments ranging from condominium, townhomes, PUD’s, master planned communities and residential subdivisions.
HOA Management provides a variety of Homeowner’s Association services including general administrative, fiscal management, owner accounting and collections, common property and facility maintenance, asset protection, consulting and online services. We customize our services to fit the individual needs of each Association in order to minimize expenses, maximize property values and maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. We believe strongly in long and short range planning as well as the need for an accurate budget, and the performance of the budget, each year to ensure the financial security of the Association.
We value the importance of representing all homeowners in the Associations that we manage equally and fairly and never single out a homeowner. We professionally handle all the Homeowners Association issues such as compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions, property Rules and Regulations and architectural conformity. We handle all complaints fairly and equitably without ever divulging the source of the complaint in order to preserve harmony in the neighborhood.
